Sabastian called and texted me to confirm my appointment. On day of appointment, he also gave courtesy call to inform me of his estimated arrival time. He came with his trainee on time and replaced 2 compression stops underneath my bathroom sink. They got the job done on a timely manner and explained everything in a way that I can understand. I appreciate that he also took the time to recommend replacing my water softener and explained why it needs to be replaced.
