On day of appointment, he also gave courtesy call to inform me of his estimated arrival time.  He came with his trainee on time and replaced 2 compression stops underneath my bathroom sink.  They got the job done on a timely manner and explained everything in a way that I can understand.  I appreciate that he also took the time to recommend replacing my water softener and explained why it needs to be replaced.
